As of October 1, Medicare coverage for telehealth has ended for most members

As of October 1, Medicare coverage for telehealth has ended for most members. If you live in a rural area, you can receive telehealth appointments with a specialist in an office or medical facility located in a rural area.

If you don't live in a rural area, limited services will still be covered like Monthly End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) visits for home dialysis, services for diagnosis, evaluation, or treatment of symptoms of an acute stroke and services for the diagnosis, evaluation, or treatment of a mental and/or behavioral health disorder.
